Syster may assist with bookings and calendar availability where enabled. Users are responsible for confirming final appointments, services, prices, and policies.
7. Payment and Subscription
Paid features may require a subscription or payment plan. Pricing and billing terms will be provided separately.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Syster for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorised activities.
9. Intellectual Property
Syster and its software, branding, and platform features remain the property of Syster or its licensors.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Syster means acceptance of the updated Terms.
